Background

High end residential development forming part of Wembley Park’s wider regeneration.

Stace have been working with Quintain since the early 2000s, during which time we have enjoyed the successful project completion of several major mixed-use developments as part of Wembley Park’s regeneration.

Part of Wembley’s wider regeneration scheme, Emerald Gardens (also known as NW01) is a new residential development, offering 475 apartments to the residential market. The occupancy comprised of PRS (private rental sector) under the Tipi brand, private sale, and affordable.

The development is set within seven linked blocks of between five and sixteen storeys. The apartments surround a one-acre landscaped raised podium courtyard, which sits above the sub-level car park.

Our Role

Further to Quintain’s Wembley Park Regeneration Masterplan, Stace were appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and CDM Coordinator which then transferred to Principal Designer when the regulation changed.

Our Impact

Stace managed the procurement and construction process from RIBA Stage 0 to project completion and acted as the client’s representative in all aspects of the process.

Stace set a standard quality benchmark, which included a list of key handover requirements that is now used across Wembley Park and delivery of the regeneration framework. Throughout the project, Stace were responsible for checking the numerous contractors complied with the list, delivering a high quality standardized finish for all 472 units, communal areas and retail spaces.

This project was multi-phased and required constant communication with both the project team and client. Stace’s dedicated delivery team were based on the Wembley Park site working in close liaison with the client and the contractor.

The result is a high quality product which met the completion date set.
