New additions to Wembley Park’s Build-to-Rent portfolio

Solar and Luna are new residential developments forming part of Quintain’s Wembley Park.

The two plots together comprise the first phase of a new quadrant in Wembley Park called the Northeast Lands spanning 12 acres. The scheme will deliver 769 build-to-rent tenures, combined with shared amenities, retail, community, office space and a landscaped park. They will also offer the first platinum quality apartments.

The scheme incorporates MMC technologies into the design of the plots, including the installation of 972 bathroom pods and 1,802 offsite manufactured façade panels. An innovative design has also been used enabling the installation of each balcony within minutes.

The Solar and Luna developments mark the latest addition to Quintain’s Wembley Park development. Practical completion for the project is set for May 2025.
