Graduate Schemes

We pride ourselves on being an independent multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy with a reputation for professional dedication and technical expertise.

Our graduates have always been a vital part of what we do and we look for talented and highly motivated individuals to form the next generation of Stace. Each of our divisions take great pride in passing on the culture, knowledge and technical expertise that transforms our graduates into well rounded and respected industry professionals.

When you join us, you will be enrolled on our extensive Graduate Scheme which is both challenging and rewarding. It provides you with an unrivalled combination of career opportunities, study support and hands-on training, which enables you to move quickly into management or specialist positions.

This scheme is an excellent opportunity for you to obtain a solid foundation on which to develop your career with us, and also complements the different routes available to becoming chartered, where relevant.

The scheme will take the form of a two-year programme, commencing in September 2019, and will provide you with a wide range of experience, support and guidance to develop essential business skills and industry knowledge.
