The office and commercial sector is undergoing an exciting period of innovation, with changing trends and occupier requirements. The UK office market has continued healthy levels of leasing activity, with the highest levels recorded in Q3 2018 for five years.

Flexible workspace is seeing experiencing large growth across the UK, take-up of flexible workplace in the UK’s largest regional cities increased from 2% in 2016 to 7.5% of take-up in 2017. In Central London there was 2.5m sq. ft leased to flexible workspace providers in 2017, a 190% increase when compared to 2016.
