Offices & Commercial

The office and commercial sector has remained stable against the backdrop of a cautious UK economy, evolving sector trends and changing occupier requirements.

Published figures for the London market suggest there were healthy rental levels overall during 2019. In total for the year there were 390 new office take-ups in the capital, which was down on the 10-year average by 5%. Grade A space remained occupiers’ preference, accounting for 81% of the take-up.

Across the UK regions, availability continues to decrease. At Q3 2019 there was 7.5mn sq. ft available to lease, 22% below the five-year average.

Stace has leading experience across this sector, working closely with occupiers, landlords and developers. We provide a focused, collaborative approach to ensure maximum return whilst managing the varying risks on commercial projects.

We work across many sub-sectors including new-build, cut and carve, Cat A refurbishments and Cat B fit-outs.
