Stace was appointed as part of the team to complete a large instruction for property developer, Galliard Homes.
The project involved a thorough site inspection and preparation of the CAPEX Schedule of the internal common parts serving the residential apartments within Marconi House, a Grade II listed building in London’s West End.
The building features 86 luxury apartments and penthouses behind a Grade II listed façade. Marconi House has a long and established history, once home to the BBC, where the broadcasting company made its radio debut back in 1922, and then the headquarters for the Ministry of Civil Aviation. Most recently, this has been preserved and transformed by our client into a prime residential space.
The CAPEX Schedule outlined the necessary cyclical repairs, redecoration works, and anticipated costs for future budgeting over the next ten years.
