Are you currently in Year 12 and interested in gaining work experience in the construction industry?

Supported by Construction Youth Trust, the Stace Next Gen Programme provides you with a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insight into the construction and property sector.

Our paid two weeks work experience will begin on Monday 29 July 2019 to Friday 9 August 2019. All applicants will need to be available during this two week period.

There are 6 work experience placements available. The placements can take place across four of our offices – Birmingham, Cambridge, Epping and London.

The experience kicks off with an induction event where you will be introduced to our business and meet some of the Partners of the company.

After the first session, you will begin straight away working with our project delivery teams – experiencing first-hand how our industry works, and understand the projects we are delivering in the UK and the challenges and opportunities that can arise.

On the final day, you will come together with the other students, where we will deliver an employability workshop – helping you put yourself ahead of your peers, which will be delivered by Construction Youth Trust.

The Stace NextGen Programme will provide key skills that are essential in the workplace, such as:

  • Communication
  • Teamwork
  • Problem-solving
  • Presentation skills

Applications open on Monday 4 February and close on Friday 26 April.
