A new residential development for Hastings Town Centre

Station Plaza is a new development providing 103 private residential units in central Hastings, East Sussex.

The scheme, comprising three blocks ranging from four to seven stories includes 62 one-bed flats, 40 two-bed flats, and one 3-bed flat. Dedicated underground parking for residents and bicycle storage are also provided within the development.

Situated in Hastings Town Centre, the residential development includes links to everyday services and various amenities within walking distance including Hastings mainline railway station.

Stace advised on key construction matters on this project including the suitability of the structural reports, as well as insurance matters surrounding the Professional Indemnity and 10-Year Structural Warranty Insurances covering the interface between the existing and the proposed structure.

The scheme is anticipated to be completed in spring 2025.
