Currently at RIBA Stage 3, the proposed delivery of a new 46,000 sq ft chilled high bay warehouse for our client, The Wine Society.

Located in Hertfordshire, the Wine Society has expanded its existing storage facility with the construction of a new 46,000  sq ft ‘Warehouse 5’ and adjacent service yard. The new warehouse has delivered much needed additional temperature controlled on-site storage space, together with a larger and enhanced service yard.
