Stoneleigh Park is located within the growing Midlands Engine.

Positioned between the M6 and M40 motorways and close to Coventry. The site is home to over 60 businesses and continues to attract new tenants.

Specifically, Stace is providing multidisciplinary services to deliver a new Equine Arena, Livestock Market, new office space and refurbishment of the existing office stock.

Further to the projects for the park, Stace is also managing a major infrastructure project to deliver enabling works on behalf of HS2 in order to mitigate the impact of HS2 on the land which is managed by LaSalle Investment Management.

The culture of Stace has benefited the projects at Stoneleigh Park as a tailored approach has been required due to the complexity of the stakeholders involved. Stace has assisted the LaSalle Management team in setting up processes with HS2 in order to agree on mitigation sign off.
