Meridian Water, Phase 1

Meridian Water is a major £6bn, 25-year London regeneration programme led by Enfield Council.
The major development will deliver 10,000 homes and thousands of jobs to Enfield, north London, which is well located next door to Lee Valley Regional Park.
Alongside beautiful homes, public spaces and community facilities, the development will have its own brand-new railway station, unlocking the area for commuters, with greater connectivity both south to Stratford and London Liverpool Street and north to Stansted and Cambridge.
Stace is providing Project Management and Cost Management services on Phase 1 of the major development project. Additionally, Stace is project managing the site remediation and delivery of the public realm and station interface works and providing technical support to the developer selection process and delivering the site-wide strategic infrastructure.
Phase One will see the first 725 homes and retail space built at Willoughby Lane.
These homes will be delivered around the newly opened Meridian Water station, which at its peak is expected to serve up to four million passengers.
