Background

The construction of a new 42,000 ft² world-class training lodge facility.

Comprising development of new high-quality living quarters with associated medical, dining, plunge pools, gymnasium, changing facilities, digital tactics board, recreational facilities including a cinema room and games console room across four buildings.

The project comprises the construction of new, high-quality living accommodation for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (THFC) players and support staff. The three storey crescent shaped accommodation building is situated within the Tottenham Hotspur FC training centre site and is ‘sunk’ into the ground so as to not compromise the natural aesthetics of the site. The accommodation suites form the majority of the lower ground floor and ground floor which overlooks the adjacent training centre pitches and basement level comprises plant and server rooms.

The project was completed in May 2018, on schedule for the arrival of the lodge’s first guests, the Brazilian national team, who used the facilities as preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
