Enhancing a renowned UK tourist destination

We delivered a medieval-themed, 60-room hotel within the grounds of Warwick Castle.

The castle’s expansive 64-acre estate houses a new building, and joins existing accommodation at the Castle which includes 28 wooden lodges, glamping tents for 37 families and two chamber suites in a 14th-century tower.

The project features five accessible parking spaces near the hotel entrance, together with six electric vehicle and 15 car parking spaces.

The new hotel continues to support local tourism and employment within the town. Additionally, the development of the tourist attraction also benefited local businesses within Warwick’s Town Centre.

Plans for Warwick Castle Hotel also included the extension of Knight’s Village, a restaurant facility that aimed to provide further covers for the tourist destination, as well as decked terraces for outdoor dining.

The hotel reached practical completion in July 2024.
