Enhancing a renowned UK tourist destination
We are delivering a medieval-themed, 60-room hotel within the grounds of Warwick Castle.
The castle’s expansive 64-acre estate will house a new building. This will join existing accommodation at the Castle which includes 28 wooden lodges, glamping tents for 37 families and two chamber suites in a 14th-century tower.
The project will see the addition of five accessible parking spaces near the hotel entrance, together with six electric vehicle and 15 car parking spaces.
It is hoped that the new hotel will continue to support local tourism and employment within the town. Additionally, by enhancing the tourist attraction, local businesses within the Warwick’s Town Centre will benefit.
Plans for Warwick Castle Hotel also include the extension of Knight’s Village, a restaurant facility that will provide further covers for this tourist destination, as well as decked terraces for outdoor dining.
The hotel is due for completion in the summer of 2024.
