New vibrant build-to-rent homes in Wembley Park

Located in the heart of Wembley Park—recently named one of The Sunday Times “Best Places to Live 2025″—Luna and Solar are newly developed residences, adding 282 and 383 Build-to-rent homes respectively plus 104 affordable units.

Together, the two plots form the first phase of Northeast Lands, a new 12-acre quadrant in Wembley Park by Quintain. The phase has also delivered the largest open public realm space within the park, providing plentiful play, dog walking and relaxation areas as well as enhanced biodiversity with the addition of a reed bed pond.

Luna offers a mix of market rent, discount market rent, and premium apartments featuring enhanced finishes and furnishings. Neighbouring sister building Solar will take the total Quintain portfolio of delivered homes in Wembley Park to almost 6,000.

These schemes introduce the first platinum-quality apartments while incorporating modern methods of construction (MMC) into their design. Notable features include the installation of 972 bathroom pods and 1,802 offsite-manufactured façade panels.
