Background
A new, family-centric residential scheme in central London
York Way Estate is a new residential development scheme by The City of London Corporation in the London Borough of Islington.
The project is set to deliver 91 new affordable homes across four buildings in the estate, as well as providing new entrances to the existing premises and communal external areas.
In delivering this project, a new community centre, playgrounds, resident gardens, and an estate office will also be created.
Construction work has commenced, and completion of the project is due in early 2025.
Our Role
Stace is providing Employer’s Agent and Cost Management services for The City of London Corporation.
