Delivering new homes and green space in the heart of London.

This prestigious scheme will see the creation of 171 new residential units off four cores. It forms part of the Church Street Regeneration which includes homes for both sale and social rent and new local amenities.

All of the 109 high-end apartments come with either a balcony or terrace and access to a residents’ lounge and workspace. A further 62 affordable apartments and houses are being provided by Westminster Council with 40 available at social rent.

The development includes a three-court sports hall and leisure complex for the local community. The scheme is an extension of the Westminster ‘green spine’ avenue which is planned to run through the borough to give a landscaped route for walking and cycling.

Topping out of the scheme occurred at the end of May 2021 and Practical Completion is expected in summer 2022.
