Hale Wharf

A major regeneration development located close to Tottenham Hale station, which will provide over 500 new homes.
Hale Wharf has been designated one of the Mayor of London’s Housing Zones, meaning the project will make an important contribution to both the Mayor and the Council’s aspiration for 2,000 new homes in Tottenham Hale. This regeneration scheme is a residential-led, mixed-use development, situated on the River Lee Navigation.
The client, Waterside Places, is a joint venture between national urban regeneration specialist, Muse Developments, and the Canal & River Trust. The partnership has a brief to provide up to 505 homes, made up of private sale, affordable and Build to Rent (BTR) housing.
The project has involved the demolition of existing industrial buildings, along with enabling works to clear contamination, install a services corridor and form the new bellmouth entrance.
The development will be delivered in three main phases. Phase one design has been completed and construction is now underway on the 16 and 21-storey, brick-clad towers, with ground-floor commercial space.
