Background

Completing the flagship development within one of the UK’s largest redevelopment programmes

Canada Gardens (also known as Plot E03) forms part of the wider Wembley Park masterplan and consists of seven high-rise residential blocks that sit above a 160-space coach park, a 20MW energy centre and eight commercial units.

The development is Quintain’s largest and delivers 743 Build-toRent homes. 303 of these homes are classed as Discount Market Rent and are all under Quintain Living’s management.

The apartments are designed for family life and vary in size from studios to 3 bed apartments. They benefit from:

  • An acre of private podium gardens including a children’s playroom & pirate ship, work-from-home sheds, allotments and a greenhouse, overlooking the neighbourhood’s new seven-acre public park.
  • Expansive rooftop terraces with views across London.
  • A residents’ clubhouse served by an F&B retail unit.

Sustainable features of the scheme include an integrated Envac® which sucks waste and recycling down underground tunnels to a collection therefore minimising cutting emissions from refuse lorries. In addition, the development will be serviced by a district heating network provided by a low carbon energy centre.

An underground parking network linked to neighbouring sites holds space for 160 coaches, 330 cars and over 1,000 bicycle spaces.
