Background
Alto is an award-winning residential development providing 362 homes, part of the Wembley Park regeneration.
Alto is four adjacent residential buildings, ranging from 10 to 19 storeys. The development includes a ground floor community centre, a marketing suite, retail units and a semi-basement car park with associated ancillary space.
The residential accommodation consists of 18 affordable tenure, 13 intermediate, 120 Build to Rent apartments and 211 private sale homes.
Alto is a part of Tipi – Quintain’s Build to Rent management company.
In 2018 Alto was awarded the prestigious Development of the Year at the RESI Awards.
Our Role
Stace delivered Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Client CDM Advisory services for the development of Alto, forming part of Quintain’s wider regeneration scheme.
