Linzi began her career as a specialist recruiter, partnering with local businesses, including Stace, to deliver effective talent acquisition solutions.
Following completion of her CIPD Level 5 in 2020, Linzi transitioned into an HR Advisor role at Stace in 2021, where she now supports the organisation’s people and culture strategy.
With responsibility for managing the full recruitment process, including pre- and onboarding, Linzi is passionate about fostering positive employee experiences, enhancing wellbeing, and engagement.
Linzi also supports responsible business initiatives, including charity partnerships, and running targeted programmes to encourage the next generation into the industry.
Until recently, you’d have found Linzi catching up with friends at the weekend, generally over a bottomless brunch. Now, she’s more likely to be with her family, probably watching Bluey, whilst exploring the latest health and wellness trends.
