After several rewarding years as a Project Architect at Kennedy Woods Architecture, Aaron joined Stace as a Senior Building Safety Consultant in September 2025.
He has predominantly worked in the education and commercial sectors, with a particular focus on the retention and adaptive reuse of existing building stock, including those with historical listings. His broad range of experience across numerous construction disciplines now supports his work in delivering meaningful impact under the Building Safety Act.
Aaron is an ARB Registered Architect and a visiting critic at the University of Westminster, where he is invited regularly to review design studio submissions and final thesis projects from third-year undergraduate students.
He is passionate about creating positive change through built interventions, navigating complex parameters, and drawing on his past experience as a strong foundation.
When he's not focused on building safety, you’ll often find Aaron tackling endurance swims like the Thames Marathon, stretching from Henley-on-Thames to Marlow... because why drive when you can swim?
