Adrian joined Stace in 2006 as an Admin Assistant in the London office. Moving to the Epping Office, he transitioned into the Accounts department where today he works as a Project Accountant, responsible for overseeing all processes and reporting elements of the sales ledger.
 
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys spending quality time with his family. He has a strong passion for problem-solving and takes pride in finding the right answers. Before family life took priority, Adrian also competed in sports at a high level.

Aaron Perry

Senior Building Safety Consultant

After several rewarding years as a Project Architect at Kennedy Woods Architecture, Aaron joined Stace as a Senior Building Safety Consultant in September 2025.

He has predominantly worked in the education and commercial sectors, with a particular focus on the retention and adaptive reuse of existing building stock, including those with historical listings. His broad range of experience across numerous construction disciplines now supports his work in delivering meaningful impact under the Building Safety Act.

Aaron is an ARB Registered Architect and a visiting critic at the University of Westminster, where he is invited regularly to review design studio submissions and final thesis projects from third-year undergraduate students.

He is passionate about creating positive change through built interventions, navigating complex parameters, and drawing on his past experience as a strong foundation.

When he's not focused on building safety, you’ll often find Aaron tackling endurance swims like the Thames Marathon, stretching from Henley-on-Thames to Marlow... because why drive when you can swim?

Having achieved his Bachelors of Property Economics from the University of Technology in Sydney in 2022, Will gained three years’ experience in project management and property development across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
 
Moving to the UK, and then joining Stace in 2025, Will has worked with clients including British Land, Legal & General, HSBC, and London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, supporting with contract administration, stakeholder liaison, reporting, programming, and identifying risks.
 
Will is passionate about the built environment, with a keen interest in sustainability and urban renewal. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing rugby, and participating in running events.

Hannah joined Stace in 2024 and has worked as a PA and administrator for nearly 10 years.

She enjoys helping others and being the go-to person for any admin related tasks or enquiries. At the London office, she is PA to Partners Simon Hugill, Mark Ashby, and Nigel Cook and her day to day duties include diary and travel management, assisting with events and keeping the London team well-fed by organising our much loved weekly Food Friday meals.

On weekends, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends - or with her three babies, her cats: Daisy, Delilah, and Dolcie.

Neill Radwell

Neill Radwell

Senior Project Manager

Neill began his career at Tesco, where he gained valuable experience across retail operations, logistics, customer service and property development.

He joined Stace in 2019 as a Project Manager, building on the skills developed during his time at Tesco and applying them to project delivery within the built environment. Over the years, Neill has continued to expand his technical and managerial expertise, progressing to his current role as Senior Project Manager, working predominantly on our Tesco accounts.

In his role, Neill is responsible for defining project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements. His responsibilities also include risk identification, cost monitoring, managing forecasts and ensuring financial targets are met. He oversees milestone tracking, project governance and the maintenance of accurate documentation throughout each project’s lifecycle.

Away from work, Neill enjoys spending time with his family and catching up with friends. One fact about Neill is that he’s had a hip replacement!

Nazmul Hussain

Project Manager

Nazmul has worked in the industry for nearly six years, beginning his career as a building surveyor before transitioning into project management.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, the National Health Service (including Pinderfields Hospital and Bristol Royal Infirmary), abrdn, Reed Rains, and the Department for Work and Pensions. His work has focused on stakeholder engagement, risk management, and quality assurance.

He brings experience across both public and private sectors, having contributed to projects in retail, commercial, leisure, healthcare, education, and residential environments.

Outside of work, Nazmul enjoys exploring new destinations and thrives on hands-on DIY projects.

Joshua Herbert

Joshua Herbert

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Launching his career with Currie & Brown, Joshua gained experience in cost verification exercises for HS2 enabling works, cost planning, and NEC contract administration. 

Since joining Stace, he’s managed numerous residential and commercial office refurbishments, for clients including British Land, the Cadogan Estate, and The Portman Estate, and gets a reward from feeling he’s added value for clients, going the extra mile when he can.

Now working towards his RICS chartership, Joshua has several other qualifications already under his belt, having completed his Surveying Technician Diploma, passed the AssocRICS assessment as part of his Surveying Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship, and graduated with First Class Honours in Quantity Surveying from UCEM.

In his spare time, Joshua enjoys travelling – visiting new places and experiencing different cultures – whenever he can.

Christian Sheen

Bid Assistant

As Bid Assistant, Christian’s role is central to supporting Stace’s new business and growth efforts. 

Christian joined Stace in 2012 as an Apprentice Administration Assistant, whilst studying Business & Administration at Hertford Regional College, transitioning into the Bid team in 2022.

Today he is responsible for bid support, creating bid documents and presentations, maintaining staff CVs, and creating and tailoring capability statements for prospective clients.

Outside of work, Christian has a passion for electronic music and travels to music festivals in different countries, enjoying the opportunity to travel as much as he can. His travels to date have included taking in the breathtaking views of the Cape Peninsula from the most South-Western point of the African continent.

Ana Chokoshvili

Senior AI and Innovation Manager

Working as Stace's Senior AI and Innovation Manager, Ana brings nine years of experience across digital innovation, product development and strategy. Most recently, she was Head of Product and Platform Strategy at global real estate consultancy Colliers, where she led cross-functional projects including AI-driven platforms and MarTech solutions.

Ana completed a Master's in Management and Technological Change at King's College London. Her research explored trust in human-AI interaction and was recognised as the best dissertation in her cohort. The work is also being published in a scientific volume.

Since joining Stace in 2026, Ana has been responsible for embedding AI across the business, identifying practical ways to reduce repetitive tasks and free up time for higher-value work. She works closely with Partners, division leads and operational teams across the firm to integrate AI tools and new ways of working into day-to-day practice.

Alongside her role at Stace, Ana co-leads mentoring programmes for Women in AI UK, helping to educate and support the next generation of AI professionals. Throughout her career, she has focused on developing data-driven, transparent and impactful technology solutions that empower others to make better-informed decisions.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys playing tennis, writing, producing electronic music and capturing the world through film photography.

Taylor joined London’s Building Surveying Team in 2024 and completed her Business Administration apprenticeship in July 2025.
 
She supports the team by ensuring all reports are QA’d before being issued to clients, checking building surveying fees, issuing invoices, and helping the London Office Admin team where needed.
 
Outside of work, Taylor is passionate about arts and crafts, finding it a great way to decompress. She’s an avid crocheter and has created several masterpieces, including a huge 60+-part patchwork cardigan and several jumpers for her dog, Arthur.

Simon has over 35 years' Quantity Surveying experience, having begun his career at a local Quantity Surveying firm while completing a Diploma in Construction Technology and studying for a QS degree part-time—allowing him to gain valuable hands-on experience alongside his academic development.

He became RICS Chartered in 1997 and has previously worked for leading firms including WS Atkins and EC Harris.

Simon joined Stace in 2006 as an Associate Quantity Surveyor and has since delivered projects for a diverse range of clients, including Barnardo’s, British Land, the National Trust, and Landsec.

In his free time, Simon enjoys spending time with family, particularly his son.

After graduating from Wolverhampton University, Robert spent six years at Faithful & Gould, and a year at Robert Lombardelli Partnership, before joining Stace in 2004.

Having worked at Stace for over 20 years, his experience includes the preparation of estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, valuations, contract administration, on-site measurement, and final account agreement.

Robert has an incredibly dry sense of humour and, when not working, enjoys having a laugh with friends. He occasionally likes to garden and has recently been spending a lot of time in Scotland working on a scheme.

Julian Cox

Julian Cox

Project Director

Julian has worked in the construction industry for 35 years, beginning his career as an Architectural Technician in 1986. After being made redundant in the early 1990s and facing challenges re-entering the architectural field, he chose to pivot, enrolling in a full-time Building Management degree in 1993. That decision marked the start of his career in project management, and he hasn’t looked back since.

Julian rejoined Stace in 2016, having previously worked with the business from 2005 to 2006. Since returning, he has delivered projects across the retail, residential, commercial, and site remediation sectors, serving both private and public sector clients. His portfolio includes work with notable names such as Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Merlin Entertainment, and BeFirst.

Outside of work, Julian is passionate about living life to the fullest. During rugby season, you’ll find him at Stonex Stadium, cheering on his team, Saracens. He’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys trail running, cycling, skiing, and walking his dog through the local fields. He also has a love for DIY and hands-on craftsmanship, recently beginning work on his first resin table, crafted from Epping Forest oak.

Jenny's fascination for the built environment led her to Portsmouth University to study Civil Engineering. The opening ceremony for London's 2012 Olympics saw her arrival at Stace as Graduate Project Manager. 

Having earned her RICS chartership in 2018, Jenny was promoted to Project Director in 2021, with several incredible projects under her belt with clients such as Bouygyes, BOXPARK, Qualis, Turnstone, and London Borough of Enfield. 

Today, Jenny manages projects, driving them from inception to completion as key client and team contact and also in an Employers Agent capacity, utilising her expertise in programming, local authority procurement, and stakeholder management.

As Stace's ED&I Steering Group lead, she's passionate about developing the next generation to create a diverse, balanced, and engaged team, reflective of this dynamic and ever-changing industry. 

Outside work, Jenny is passionate about sports, particularly women's football, Escape Rooms, Eurovision, travel, and spending time with friends and family. As a teenager, she represented Essex under-18s in golf, achieving a hole-in-one when she was 11 - something she hopes to repeat any day now.

Tyler Hutchings

Team Administrator

Tyler joined Stace in 2022 and is Team Administrator for the Building Surveying team in the Epping office. She also supports with Building Surveying accounts. After three years at the company, Tyler knows how to format check, quality control and generally check documents.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and creative writing. She also has a strange obsession for Halloween and horrors and will decorate for any occasion!

 

Richard Roberts

Richard Roberts

Senior CDM / Health & Safety Consultant

Richard has worked in the construction industry for 47 years and is passionate about helping the next generation achieve their full potential. 

Having attended Civil Engineering College, Richard completed a Carpentry and Joinery apprenticeship. Following a move to London, he swiftly moved up the management ladder, working on high-profile projects, including at Canary Wharf, undertaking refurbishment projects at Buckingham Palace, and, following a transition into Health & Safety in 2003, at the Olympic Park during the 2012 Olympic Games. 

Joining Stace in 2015, he is now responsible for ensuring the Pre-Construction Phase of projects is managed correctly, as Principal Designer. He works with contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, carrying out safety inspections and providing clients with the necessary Health & Safety paperwork on completion. 

Richard is also a fully qualified Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies, providing services at weddings and boxing matches.

Hayleigh joined Stace in 2014 as a Graduate Building Surveyor. Although she initially intended to pursue a career in architecture, she soon discovered that building surveying was a better fit.

Since then, Hayleigh has progressed to the role of a Senior Associate, working with a diverse range of clients across sectors including heritage, education, commercial, and residential. Her portfolio includes delivering gallery refurbishments for The British Museum, constructing a new 60-bed themed hotel within the grounds of Warwick Castle for Merlin Entertainments, and working with prestigious private boarding schools such as Roedean and Christ’s Hospital School.

Hayleigh is particularly passionate about listed and heritage buildings—whether restoring historic colonnades, conducting condition surveys for Royal estates, or managing refurbishment schemes for national portfolios, she enjoys being part of a team that breathe new life into old buildings or settings.

Hayleigh is a keen traveller and decided to embark on solo adventures two years ago. Her next stop is down under - Australia!
