Stuart joined Stace in 1995 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993.
Rising through the company, he became a Partner in 2003.
He now leads Cost Management Services, has collaborated with the National Trust for six years, overseen the Royal Mail framework for more than ten years, and brings extensive experience with numerous local authorities including Enfield, Haringey, Harlow, Barking & Dagenham, Be First, Havering, Redbridge, Newham, Thurrock, Bournemouth & Poole, Westminster, and Hammersmith & Fulham councils.
Stuart is also part of the Marketing & New Business Group and remains hands-on in supporting clients to deliver exceptional service.
Outside of work, he’s a keen football fan (as a Manchester lad, Manchester City is top of the list), he also enjoys road biking and supporting Saracens and England Rugby Union teams.
