Jenny's fascination for the built environment led her to Portsmouth University to study Civil Engineering. The opening ceremony for London's 2012 Olympics saw her arrival at Stace as Graduate Project Manager.
Having earned her RICS chartership in 2018, Jenny was promoted to Project Director in 2021, with several incredible projects under her belt with clients such as Bouygyes, BOXPARK, Qualis, Turnstone, and London Borough of Enfield.
Today, Jenny manages projects, driving them from inception to completion as key client and team contact and also in an Employers Agent capacity, utilising her expertise in programming, local authority procurement, and stakeholder management.
As Stace's ED&I Steering Group lead, she's passionate about developing the next generation to create a diverse, balanced, and engaged team, reflective of this dynamic and ever-changing industry.
Outside work, Jenny is passionate about sports, particularly women's football, Escape Rooms, Eurovision, travel, and spending time with friends and family. As a teenager, she represented Essex under-18s in golf, achieving a hole-in-one when she was 11 - something she hopes to repeat any day now.
