A vibrant refurbishment for a distinguished building in London

Built in 2001, 350 Euston Road is a landmark building situated within the vibrant Regent’s Place Campus in Central London. The building offers 179,000 sqft of office accommodation over seven floors.

The project included the fitout of part level 6 and level 7, in addition to the refurbishment of reception and basement facilities. The project was sequenced in two phases. Phase one included the Cat A fit-out of level 7 and part level 6, which covered approximately 25,000 sqft. The second phase included the refurbishment of the reception and new end of trip facilities including showers and changing areas.

The scheme included environmental benefits, fulfilling its target of zero waste going to landfill. In addition, the EPC rating on Level 6 advanced from a rating of B to A and utilising sustainable materials such as mycelium panelling in reception.

The newly refurbished space within 350 Euston Road creates a dynamic and collaborative environment for both workers and visitors. The recent development includes touchdown seating, assigned areas for casual meetings and a concierge greeting providing a pleasant arrival experience.

The building is also surrounded by higher education institutions, museums, galleries and performing arts venues.
