Stace delivered Project Management and Employers Agent services to BT on their new office, Three Snowhill, Birmingham. It is the largest office development outside of London and the biggest single office letting in Birmingham, to date.
BT has leased 283,000 sq ft of office space in Three Snowhill, spread over 13 floors with event spaces and a ground-floor café open to the public. The new hub operates a hybrid model, with around 3,000 staff working between this office and home.
The office move is part of BT’s Better Workplace Programme which is delivering the future for BT’s office environment. The project itself was delivered during the pandemic and included complex logistical challenges resulting in the need for a helicopter lift to place critical plant and signage on the roof. The project is one of the best examples of genuine collaboration between client, consultant team and fit out contractor resulting in delivering a truly inspiring work setting for BT’s staff, on time and on budget.
