Background

Responding to the ever-evolving demand for flexible workspace, Storey is British Land’s flexible workspace initiative.

4 Kingdom Street is one of the latest additions for flexible workspace provider, Storey. Located at their Paddington Central campus, the Storey offering is positioned within 138,080 sq ft of office space. The flexible workspace aims to provide the latest working trends, offering both spaces for collaboration and concentration.

The project consists of a CAT B fit-out with minor CAT A modifications, to accommodate tenant requirements. The floor plates will be separated into tenanted areas, with shared breakout areas promoting the campus environment.

Our Role

Stace provided Project Management, Employer’s Representative and Principal Designer services on a framework basis, coordinating the professional team from inception through to completion.

Our role in the scheme was to fit-out circa 30,000ft2 of office space, across the 4th and 5th floors of the newly built office building.

Both these floors have achieved practical completion.
