London Designer Outlet (LDO) is at the heart of Wembley Park, one of the largest regeneration projects in the country. Situated next to world-famous Wembley Stadium and in the heart of London’s most exciting new district, Wembley Park, LDO is just 12 minutes from central London by Tube or rail.

As part of the Wembley regeneration scheme with Quintain, Stace was appointed as Project Managers, Employer’s Agent, Tenant Liaison Manager and CDMC on this retail, mixed-use scheme. The project comprised floor space of 30,516m² with 85 retail units, 15 restaurants and bars and a nine screen Cineworld cinema complex seating 1,800 people.
