Located at the heart of the city centre, Bond Street is an exciting new 300,000ft² Retail and Leisure development anchored by a 120,000ft² John Lewis department store.

Ideally positioned to link directly into the existing prime retailing pitch on the High Street, the scheme also benefits from its proximity to a number of supplementary car parks, which provide in excess of 2,500 car parking spaces.

Stace are providing Project Management, Cost Management, Party Wall Services and Construction Health & Safety Services to support the delivery of the scheme. Works are progressing well and we remain on target to achieve a grand opening for the Development in the Autumn 2016.
