Stace appointed for BT Group’s new office in Three Snowhill, Birmingham

• Stace is delighted to announce it has been appointed to deliver Project Management services for BT Group on their new office, Three Snowhill, Birmingham

• The scheme is the largest office development outside of London and is the biggest single office letting in Birmingham, to date

• Three Snowhill will become a key hub for BT Group, with between 3,000 to 4,000 staff set to be based there eventually. The office move is part of BT’s Better Workplace Programme which will consolidate around 300 locations into around 30.

Stace has been appointed to deliver project management services on the office fit-out for BT Group’s new office in Birmingham, Three Snowhill. The scheme is the largest office development outside of London.

This is a significant appointment for Stace, following the relocation of our Midlands office to Birmingham at the beginning of 2019. Our enhanced presence has seen new appointments across the region, including The Oaks student accommodation scheme in Coventry and Park Central development in Birmingham.

BT Group’s new office will become a key hub for BT and is part of its Better Workplace Programme – one of the largest workplace improvement and consolidation schemes of its type ever undertaken in the UK. BT will take up 283,000 sq ft of office space in Three Snowhill, which will see the company occupy 13 floors. Between 3,000 and 4,000 BT colleagues are set to eventually be based at Three Snowhill.
