Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week

This week (3 – 9 February) is National Apprenticeship Week, celebrating the impact of apprenticeships on individuals.

We are proud of our commitment to the Next Generation and providing apprenticeship opportunities.

Meet two of our apprentices

Jessa Lee, Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Jessa joined Stace in September 2018, after completing her A levels earlier that year.

So far at Stace, Jessa has achieved a great range of experience across various sectors, which includes schemes with a construction value of over £20 million.

Jessa is nearly two years into her five-year apprenticeship and is currently working towards her goals of attaining a degree and becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

Joe Rose, Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Joe joined Stace in September 2017, after completing his A levels earlier that year.

Joe has worked across a range of sectors which includes Culture & Heritage, Office & Commercial and Residential. Joe has been a part of the team delivering our services to an iconic world-renowned museum.

Joe attends university one day a week and enjoying implementing the learnings taught on his course.

The one day a week at university provides the theory and studies for quantity surveying, and by being an apprentice I am able to apply this learning the very next day.
