A grand topping out ceremony for a popular UK tourist attraction

Our client, Merlin Entertainments celebrated a huge milestone this March with a medieval-themed topping out ceremony. The ceremony featured knights on horseback for the Warwick Castle Hotel project.

The scheme marks the latest addition to Warwick Castle’s already impressive accommodation portfolio. Warwick Castle Hotel will include a new medieval-themed, 60-room hotel within the grounds of the tourist destination, as well as wooden lodges, glamping tents and two chamber suites in a 14th-century tower.

The construction of the building aims to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating. This new hotel accommodation is set to not only boost the local economy but also create exciting opportunities for holidaymakers to explore and stay in Warwick.

Works are progressing well on site, with the project due for completion in the summer of 2024.
