Congratulations to Quantity Surveyor Joe Rose on successfully completing the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). This significant achievement reflects Joe’s dedication to professional development, the countless hours of rigorous study, and his commitment to meeting the highest industry standards.

Joe, based in our London office, began his career with Stace as an apprentice and went on to earn a degree in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University.
