Wembley Park, home of Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena, has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Live 2025.
Bought by Quintain in 2002, the area has been undergoing one of London’s largest redevelopment programmes, transforming an unremarkable corner of Brent into one of the city’s most exciting new neighbourhoods—featuring award-winning homes, public realm, and experiences.
To date, the 20-year transformation has seen the refurbishment of Wembley Arena, the arrival of 70+ retail and restaurant outlets at London Designer Outlet, BOXPARK leisure facility, a seven-acre park, new infrastructure including a waste management system and two energy centres, hotels and student accommodation.
Luna, the latest addition to Wembley Park, reached practical completion in March, delivering a further 282 build-to-rent homes and amenities including a resident lounge, roof terrace, a work from home area, gym, BBQ and dining area.
Luna brings Quintain’s portfolio to over 4,000 build-to-rent homes at Wembley Park, extending its position as the single largest build-to-rent site in the UK.
Since 2003, Stace has provided services to Quintain for the Wembley Park transformation. The brochure below provides an overview of the developments delivered.
