Background

Increasing the office provision in the county’s first dedicated technology estate.

Units 1–21 delivers 210,000 sq ft of flexible office space across two buildings within Cambridge Science Park. The offices have been designed to maximise daylight whilst prioritising the client’s sustainable agenda. New public realm space has been created between the two buildings and a decked multi-storey car park and cycle store forms part of the scheme.

Founded in 1970 by Trinity College, Cambridge Science Park has led the transformation in establishing Cambridge as a technology hotspot.

The 152-acre site now houses over 130 local and international businesses some of which work on potentially life-changing technologies from medicines and diagnostics to artificial intelligence, IoT, defence and connectivity.
