Congratulations to Project Managers Henry Way and Said Barwani on successfully completing the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) APC.
The APC is a rigorous qualification that demonstrates candidates have met the high standards required to become Chartered Surveyors, reflecting many hours of dedicated study and preparation.
Said, based in our London office, joined Stace in 2023 after completing a Master’s degree in Project and Enterprise Management at University College London (UCL). He started his career with the business as a Graduate Project Manager and was promoted to Project Manager in May 2025 following the completion of the Graduate Development Programme.
I am delighted to see Said achieve MRICS status. Since joining Stace as a Graduate Project Manager, he has continued to develop his skills and experience across a range of significant projects. Achieving chartership recognises Said’s hard work, commitment to professional development and growth as a Project Manager. Congratulations on this well-earned success.Mark Ashby, Project Management Partner

Since joining Stace, he has also completed a Master’s degree in Construction Management at University of the Built Environment, achieving First-Class Honours.
Having started at Stace as an apprentice, Henry’s commitment to achieving chartered status while balancing his studies is highly commendable.
