New Affordable Homes for the Enfield Community

Dendridge Close is a new residential development providing much‑needed affordable homes for the local community in Enfield.

The scheme involves the redevelopment of two former parking and will provide 27 new homes for 100% social rent, comprising a mix of two to four‑bedroom houses and apartments.

Alongside the new homes, the scheme will deliver car and cycle parking, refuse and recycling facilities, a children’s play area, high‑quality amenity space, landscaping, and associated infrastructure works, including improvements to local greenspaces.

The project has been designed with climate change mitigation at its core, ensuring energy efficiency is fully integrated into the design and delivery.

Planning permission was granted in April 2026, enabling the delivery of high‑quality homes and amenities that meet the needs of both existing and future residents.

Stace is supporting the London Borough of Enfield, providing Cost Management services to enable the successful completion of this community‑focused project.
