BOXPARK enters new territory with first site in the West Midlands

BOXPARK, the well-renowned street food and events venue has set its sights on Birmingham with a new site opening in the historical Floodgate Street Arches.

Situated in Digbeth, the new development will mark the group’s next BOXPARK-branded development outside of London. The building will be transformed into a food hall and events space under four 12-metre railway arches.

The site will include a large, covered structure with 10 kitchen units, and four internal bars set across two floors. Also included is an external space for seating with two bar units, suited for al fresco dining and intimate events.

This new expansion in Birmingham aims to support local businesses, food operators, and creators and provide them with great prospects to thrive within the city. The scheme will also provide recruitment opportunities, as nearly 200 new job opportunities are set to be created for the local community.

BOXPARK Birmingham is anticipated to drive a significant volume of footfall to the area, with over a million people being expected to visit each year. With a launch set for 2025, the venue is set to bring the city’s growing creative quarter to life.

This new project follows our work at both BOXPARK Wembley and Croydon and our recent appointment at BOXPARK Liverpool.
