Practical completion has been achieved at the Telford Living development on International Way in Stratford.
This mixed‑use, residential‑led development comprises two towers delivering 247 Private Rental homes, 79 London Affordable Rent homes, and 54 Discount Market Rent homes.
In addition to the residential provision, the scheme offers high‑quality amenity spaces, a large landscaped podium, and 24,000 sq ft of commercial space, supporting the creation of a vibrant mixed‑use community.
The planning for the scheme was managed by the London Legacy Development Corporation, ensuring alignment with Stratford’s long‑term regeneration objectives.
Construction commenced in November 2022 and was delivered in three stages, with the overall scheme achieving practical completion in April 2026.
