Driven by its commitment to supporting an agile workforce, accountancy and business advisory firm BDO has relocated its Edinburgh team to a new, modern, and functional office space on Semple Street.
The CAT B office fit out provides a flexible, future ready environment and comprises 8,200 sq ft. The design blends traditional and agile workspaces to support a wide range of working styles and scenarios.
30 Semple Street was extensively redeveloped and refurbished and achieved exceptional sustainability credentials, including a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating – the highest awarded to any BREEAM certified building in Scotland.
As part of BDO’s strategic investment in its national property portfolio, which spans 18 UK locations and supports a workforce of 8,000, the Edinburgh move represents a key step in strengthening their workplace environment.
Stace provided Employer’s Agent, Cost Management, and CDM Advisory services for BDO on this scheme, ensuring the project was delivered to the highest standards. Through proactive decision-making and close collaboration with the wider team, we maintained programme certainty and achieved all delivery milestones.
