Following extensive fire damage in June 2023, Riverhills Health Club & Spa has been fully rebuilt with enhanced facilities and a renewed focus on wellness.
Designed to redefine the member experience, the new club environment blends calming aesthetics with operational efficiency. Key additions include a luxurious swimming pool, vitality pool, immersive volcano sauna, studio, and spa suite. Unique features such as a snow shower, stone bath, foot spa with heated chairs, and a steam room elevate the spa’s offering.
Biophilic design principles were central to the scheme, incorporating natural materials and patterns to foster a stronger connection to nature and support wellbeing. Enhanced lighting solutions contribute to the spa’s tranquil atmosphere, while dedicated collaboration spaces improve staff flow and back-of-house functionality.
The refurbishment was completed in time to celebrate the centre’s 30th anniversary in April 2025—delivering a revitalised space for customers and staff to enjoy for years to come.
