The Meridian Water regeneration programme, led by Enfield Council, will deliver 10,000 homes and create thousands of jobs.
Located next to Lee Valley Regional Park, the development will offer beautiful homes, public spaces, community facilities and will have its own railway station, unlocking the area for commuters and giving easy access south to Stratford and Liverpool Street Station, and north to Cambridge and Stansted.
Stace has been working with Meridian Water since 2018, providing Project Management and Cost Management services on Meridian One and Meridian Two, the first phases of the project.
Stace also project managed the site remediation for Meridian One, public realm and station interface work, and provided technical support to the developer selection process for One and Two.
We continue to provide Project Management and Cost Management services to Enfield’s Meridian Water Team and have provided a range of services on their meanwhile strategy, including The Drumsheds, Building Bloqs and Troubadour Theatres.
Stace also write the Meridian Water Construction Management System, a code of practice document designed to support development across the multiple plots. Stace is also Meridian Water Construction Lead, implementing and managing across the site.
Phase One will see the first 950 homes and retail space built at Willoughby Lane, delivered around the new Meridian Water Station which opened in 2019 and is expected to serve up to four million passengers at its peak.
