Our Approach to Employer’s Agent
Once a procurement strategy is chosen identifying the requirement for an Employer’s Agent, often professional relationships and contractual responsibilities/liabilities are already established.
Our first activity is to review these governing documents and understand why the client intends to novate or retain existing design consultants, before providing a proposal, reflecting this position in the Employer’s Agent Scope of Service.
