With 25 years of experience in Quantity Surveying across major property and construction sectors in Europe and Africa, Joseph has a proven track record in financial management.
 
He excels in producing accurate cost reports and forecasts and has a strong background in change management and control, ensuring compliance with business management systems.
 
Joseph possesses extensive knowledge of contract management, including contract negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution.
 
Joseph is the Cost Management Partner in the London Office, responsible for quality assurance and standard documentation. He is passionate about mentoring younger members of staff and sharing his expertise in master planning, mixed-use, residential, commercial spaces, infrastructure projects, and whole life carbon.
 
Outside of work, you’ll find Joseph in the great outdoors, often flyfishing.

Jitendra Panchal

Project Manager

Jitendra Panchal is a seasoned Project Manager with over 30 years of experience across the retail and property sectors.

He began his career at Tesco and joined Stace in 2023, where he now leads strategic rollouts for Tesco Stores Ltd. His portfolio includes high-profile projects such as GM Right Size, Project Spring, and CCTV Express Transformation.

Jitendra’s core responsibilities span programme delivery, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and compliance oversight. Over the years, he has collaborated with Tesco Property, Tesco Retail, and external Quantity Surveying and design teams.

He is passionate about mentoring, sharing knowledge, and driving meaningful outcomes. When not managing projects, Jitendra enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, and playing or watching sports.

Rosie Jackson

Rosie Jackson

HR & Learning and Development Advisor

Joining Stace as an HR & Learning and Development Advisor in January 2023, Rosie has since embarked upon her Level 7 Senior People Professional apprenticeship, which will lead to her becoming chartered.

Rosie is responsible for the ongoing learning and development of all colleagues; she oversees and coordinates the APC; leads and continuously develops the Graduate Development Scheme. Rosie evaluates and seeks to improve employee engagement, health, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion, maintaining policies to ensure legal compliance.

As a qualified teacher, Rosie loves to share her knowledge with all members of the team, and gets a kick out of seeing people develop and thrive. 

Outside of work, she’s a huge Disney fan, has an addiction to custard creams, and has racked up over 3,000 hours on Sims 4.

Billy joined Stace in 2022 as a Graduate Project Manager, after earning an MSc in Building Surveying and Facilities Management, following a career in Higher Education and as an international expedition leader.

At Stace, he’s worked with clients including BT, Silverstone, and Stoneleigh Park, thriving on the challenge of aligning diverse stakeholder priorities, experiences, and perspectives to achieve successful outcomes. 

Billy is passionate about getting to know his client organisation, understanding how they operate, and developing processes that help drive projects forward. He also loves a good spreadsheet.

Outside of Stace, Billy has guided Land’s End to John O’Groats bike rides, night ascents of Ben Nevis, and has twice lead school groups in successful ascents of Kilimanjaro. He’s also circumnavigated the Isle of Arran in a kayak and crossed Scotland in a Canoe.

Said studied Architecture at undergraduate level and completed an MSc in Project and Enterprise Management at UCL. He began his career in 2022 at Encompass Surveys as a Revit/CAD Technician, where he built a strong foundation in technical design and digital construction tools. In September 2023, following the completion of his master’s degree, he joined Stace as a Graduate Project Manager. After successfully completing the Graduate Development Programme, he was promoted to Project Manager in May 2025.

Over the past two years at Stace, Said has contributed to a wide range of projects, helping deliver high-quality services across the built environment. His academic background has equipped him with both creative and strategic capabilities to manage complex projects effectively.

He’s passionate about delivering quality work and takes pride in contributing to project success, and feels a deep sense of gratitude when his efforts are recognised, as it reinforces his commitment to excellence and teamwork.

Interestingly, some have said he bears an uncanny resemblance to Premier League footballer Cody Gakpo.

Jessa Lee

Jessa Lee

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Jessa began her career at Stace in 2018 as a degree apprentice, attaining her RICS chartership in 2023 and quickly establishing herself as a rising talent in the industry. She's currently pursuing a master's in Sustainability Leadership in the Built Environment at the University of Cambridge.

Her cost management experience spans residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, with notable clients including local authorities (London Boroughs of Bromley and Enfield, St Albans City and District Council and Portsmouth City Council), Rangeford Villages, and Places for People.

Jessa has led and supported initiatives through the sustainability working group and the ED&I committee, as well as developing training programmes for incoming apprentices. Her contributions led to finalist nominations in the “Rising Star” and “Apprentice of the Year” categories at the 2023 London Construction Awards and RICS Matrics Awards.

An avid volunteer, Jessa currently supports RICS Matrics, the REB NextGen Committee, Cancer Research UK, and Columbus School and College. Outside work, she can be found dressmaking, playing board games, composing and performing music.

Tyler Hutchings

Team Administrator

Tyler joined Stace in 2022 and is Team Administrator for the Building Surveying team in the Epping office. She also supports with Building Surveying accounts. After three years at the company, Tyler knows how to format check, quality control and generally check documents.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and creative writing. She also has a strange obsession for Halloween and horrors and will decorate for any occasion!

Having graduated from Kingston University with a BA in Business Management, in 2011, Clive has over ten years' experience in customer service, largely across the retail sector. Working for some familiar high-street brands, Clive advanced his experience from Customer Advisor to Assistant Manager before seeking a change of industry. 

Clive started at Stace in 2023, supporting the London office as Team Administrator, making travel arrangements for members of the team, meeting and greeting clients, and supporting office management. Outside of work, Clive is a Yugioh duelist.

With an industry career spanning 46 years, (and 38 at Stace), today, Alec works in the Project Management department offering expertise as Employer’s Agent, and in project planning and automated storage systems.

Formerly part of the Construction Management team, Alec has worked across sectors including specialist cold storage, automated storage, industrial production units, sports, rail, residential, student accommodation, and retail.

His range of sectors has led him to work with many clients, including Bouygues Development on new Council offices, large residential, and student accommodation schemes. 

He’s supported Brake Brothers as construction manager on their UK-wide cold store network, worked on Virgin Rail’s west coast Pendolino infrastructure project, and with Aquila Developments on retail parks in Essex and Suffolk.

Passionate about training and mentoring both inside and outside work, he spends his free time training teenagers in outdoor skills, including hill walking, navigation, and archery.

After a brief stint at Solihull Council as a trainee, Alistair moved to London and spent five years working at Franklin & Andrews. During this time, he earned a master’s degree in quantity surveying at London South Bank University and became a chartered surveyor in 2009.

Joining Stace in 2011, Alistair primarily worked on residential, student, and mixed-use projects for clients such as Spenhill, Meyer Homes, Connected Living London, Greystar, UPP, Poly UK, and assisted living schemes with Rangeford Villages.

Responsible for project delivery for several key clients, Alistair oversees the workload of other surveyors, ensuring efficient team management and delegation.

Outside of work, Alistair enjoys spending time with his two boys, playing and watching sports. A keen triathlete, he swims, cycles, and runs.

He is also an amateur DJ and his weekends are often spent mixing the latest trance and house tracks – much to the annoyance of his neighbours!

Thomas joined Stace in 2023 as an apprentice studying for his BSc degree in Quantity Surveying.

Since joining, he has worked on schemes for clients such as Arch Co, The FA, Telford Homes, Kilchoan Estate Company and Knoydart Limited.

His key responsibilities include cost planning, take off and measurements, and assisting with work experience students.

Thomas is very sporty and describes rugby, golf and football as his favourite sports. He previously trialled for Saracens Rugby Club and was an academy player.

Ali graduated from UCL with a 1st Class Honours Degree and was listed as a finalist undergraduate in the Built Environment for 2022 by Target jobs. He joined Stace straight out of university that same year.
 
Ali already has a wealth of cross-sector experience, working with clients such as Quintain, the Victoria & Albert Museum, BT, and Saint Martin’s Management Corporation Ltd.
 
A people-person at heart, Ali loves meeting and socialising with others. He enjoys the variety of work he gets to undertake and the people he meets along the way.
 
Currently working to get his RICS Chartership, he’s set his eyes on progression and demonstrating his expertise. He relishes a challenge and is a great problem-solver.
 
Alongside seeking opportunities to give back, Ali loves art, reading non-fiction, and boxing.

Georgia has nearly two years’ construction industry experience, starting as a graduate at a major contractor in Central London, where she worked with clients including Berkeley and Forseven. 

She holds an MA (Hons) in Finance and Business from the University of Edinburgh and is currently studying for an MSc in Quantity Surveying, with the aim of completing her APC thereafter.

A naturally curious individual, Georgia loves to ask questions and thrives on exploring the intricate details of different projects and industries.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys drawing, hiking, and actively volunteering. Over the years, she has participated in initiatives such as the ICL Maker Challenge, Dragon Boat Racing in Canary Wharf, and the YMCA Girls Mentor programme, among many others.

Chris has worked in the construction industry since 2014, beginning his career as a Quantity Surveyor for an architectural firm in Kettering, Northamptonshire, before relocating to Newcastle to join a family-run practice as a Building Surveyor. In 2017, he completed an RICS-accredited Building Surveying course while working part-time.

Over the years, Chris has worked with organisations including UK Land Estates (Partnership) Limited, Newcastle City Council, and Morrison Data Services. His experience spans a wide range of responsibilities, including residential surveys, condition surveys, planned maintenance schedules, schedules of dilapidations, and computer-aided design.

Since joining Stace, Chris has been actively involved in projects for The Arch Company, gaining valuable exposure and contributing to the delivery of high-quality work. He thrives in collaborative environments and takes pride in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying fit and healthy, and watching football on the weekends – especially supporting his favourite club, Arsenal.

Shahzada joined Stace in 2025, working within the Accounts team as a Timesheet and Expenses Coordinator. She is a qualified Accounts Technician with 15 years of experience across both accounting practices and commercial sectors.

She’s passionate about organisation and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Shahzada finds genuine satisfaction in ensuring everything balances – whether it’s verifying that timesheets are accurate and submitted on time, or making sure expense reports align with company policy.

Known as the go-to person for keeping things in order, she enjoys being someone others can rely on.

Outside of work, Shahzada loves spending time with her family and friends, who help her stay grounded and remind her of the importance of balance and patience in both personal and professional life. She also enjoys practising yoga as a way to slow down, reflect, and recharge.

Doreen joined Stace in January 2024, providing administration and office support to our Birmingham team.

Driven by a lifelong passion for making clothes, Doreen enrolled at a local college to undertake a Clothing Technology and Pattern Cutting course. This led her to a fulfilling position at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon, where she crafted made costumes for the stage.

Her professional journey began at HMRC in Birmingham, a role that marked a significant shift in her career. Since then, Doreen has gained extensive experience in administrative roles across a variety of industries, including 13 years at Birmingham Airport.

Away from work, Doreen enjoys spending time with her three children and two grandchildren, and has a keen interest in interior design.

She also impressively made her own wedding dress and is now continuing the tradition by creating the bridesmaids' dresses for her son’s upcoming wedding.

Hannah has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, beginning her career through a Quantity Surveying Apprenticeship. While studying, she achieved BTEC, HNC, and HND qualifications in Construction & the Built Environment, and later graduated with a BSc in Quantity Surveying in May 2021.

Later that year, she joined Stace and has since worked across a variety of sectors with clients including the National Trust, Royal Mail, Watford Council, London Borough of Enfield, and Havering London Borough Council.

Having started out as an apprentice herself, Hannah is deeply passionate about mentoring apprentices and supporting younger team members. She understands how vital that encouragement is to professional development and is committed to helping others grow within the business.

When she’s not immersed in project work, Hannah’s world revolves around her cockerpoo, Mabel. She enjoys long walks, exploring new destinations, and spending quality time with her family. She’s also a talented baker who loves experimenting with new recipes and creative designs.

Harrison joined Stace in 2021 straight from school as a degree apprentice. He began his studies at Anglia Ruskin University in 2022 and is on track to complete his degree in December 2025. Following graduation, he plans to begin his journey toward chartership.

He enjoys socialising and building his network within the industry, always keen to connect and learn from others.

A dedicated Millwall supporter, weekends are usually reserved for football—you’ll find Harrison down at The Den every Saturday.
