Keith Cramphorn

Divisional Director
Keith began his Quantity Surveying career in 2006 at a small private practice, laying the foundation for a deep understanding of cost consultancy.

Joining Stace in 2011, he has since had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients from national galleries and museums to developer-led schemes, global corporates, and prime residential projects.

Keith has built a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes on complex and high-profile developments. By combining commercial insight with a collaborative mindset, he ensures every project is delivered with precision, integrity, and a clear focus on value.

Away from work, Keith attempts to tend to his allotment – a pursuit he describes as a very very slow burn, still waiting to reap the benefits. His motto, “One potato at a time,” keeps him grounded, whether navigating a complex project or coaxing life from the soil.
