Sasha started working at Stace in 2023 as an Assistant Building Surveyor and finished her Master’s degree in Building Surveying at the University of the Built Environment in 2025.

Since joining Stace, Sasha has worked with clients including St Clement Danes Church, Comsec, The National Trust, Roedean School, and Newlon Housing Trust.

Sasha is passionate about the history of old buildings, which is part of the reason she sought a career in the built environment as she gets to enjoy her passion within her work.

She's also a food enthusiast - having attended cookery school in the past! As well as an outdoors adventurer - she's hiked the entire Pembrokeshire path, loves to ski, and once trialled for the GB rowing squad.

While completing his Undergraduate Degree in Real Estate, Callum gained experience with the sale, letting and valuation of commercial units within the Cambridgeshire area during his placement year at Eddison’s. After travelling in New Zealand and China, Callum joined the Project Management team at Stace in 2024.

Callum is responsible for change control, document administration and sustainable design implementation — working alongside clients Legal & General and Tellon Capital.

Callum thrives at the opportunity to mentor work experience, sharing his passion about the built environment. In his spare time, he is working on his MX5 project car, which he drives to climbing spots across the UK. He also attended the Gloucestershire cheesing rolling festival but was reluctant to take part!

Joe began his career as a contractor where he gained on-site experience across a range of projects. This practical grounding gave him a strong understanding of construction delivery and site operations, invaluable in his work today.

Having achieved his RICS chartership, he moved into consultancy, joining Stace in 2022.

He’s played a key role in developing the QS offering in Birmingham, delivering projects across residential, commercial (new build at Cat A/B fit outs), hospitality, and programme management for major commercial clients. 

Joe has a passion for seeing a project from inception to completion. He particularly enjoys the tangible results at the end of a build, getting a real satisfaction from delivering a project that meets client expectations and is well-received by the end users.

At the weekend, you can find him on the padel court or playing a round of golf.

Ben joined Stace in 2016 after graduating from the University of Reading with a BSc in Building Surveying.

Since then, he’s built a diverse portfolio working across employer’s agent, contract administration, and quality control roles – contributing to award-winning, multi-million-pound schemes for clients including Quintain, Greystar, and GEM Limited. His work spans renovation and restoration projects, technical reporting, and advising on building maintenance and repairs.

Beyond the technical side, Ben is passionate about supporting the next generation of building surveyors. He takes pride in helping young professionals develop their understanding of the built environment.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys unwinding with colleagues during the week and spending weekends with friends and family – often catching up on rugby and motorsport.

An equity partner since 2018, Simon joined Stace in 2010, having held senior Project Management positions at F&C (now Columbia Threadneedle) and Hammerson.

With clients including the British Museum, Legal & General, Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, and Tellon Capital among many others, Simon works across various sectors including Heritage, Build to Rent, Purpose Built Student Accommodation, Later-Living, Offices, hospital redevelopment, and TV/Film Studios. Simon’s background in Development Management means the roles under his leadership often have a quasi-DM element.

One of the senior partners in the London PM team, Simon is also the lead partner with the Marketing and New Business Group. 

Simon is one of the Founders of West London Free school - voted best secondary school in London by the Times in 2024. Simon's other passions are his family and rugby, he’s often found on the sidelines of Ealing Trailfinders watching his Son play, or at Harlequins.

With over 40 years experience in the industry, Glyn started at Stace in the late 1990s. He initially started work with a developer contractor in Worcester, before spending 13 years as a Professional Quantity Surveyor in Bristol, attaining his RICS qualification in 1987.
 
Glyn's experience entails a wide range of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services for a variety of clients including BeFirst Regeneration, The National Trust, Tesco and Tottenham Hotspur.
 
As a Partner in the QS division, he is passionate about nurturing the next generation of talent - always willing to share knowledge and advice.
 
Beyond his professional life, Glyn enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. In his spare time, he volunteers at local organisations, including a not-for-profit cinema. He’s also a dedicated sports enthusiast—particularly when it comes to cricket, his favourite sport. Glyn is also the cousin of former English footballer Jeff Astle.

Stefanos Cholevas

Stefanos has a decade of experience in the UK Real Estate industry, having worked across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, student accommodation, industrial, culture and heritage.

As Project Director in the Project Monitoring team, Stefanos is responsible for fund monitoring and providing lenders’ and due diligence advice for clients, including City Developments, Hilltop Credit Partners, HSBC, and Homes England.

Having graduated with an MSc in Construction Economics and Management at UCL, following an MCs in Engineering, Stefanos achieved his RICS accreditation and is now an APC Assessor, supporting candidates following in his footsteps to become chartered. 

As a former nominee for RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Award, he’s certainly got the expertise to share.

Outside of work, he’s passionate about travelling the world, highlights to date include Vietnam, Japan and Colombia, next on the list are Peru and Chile.

Kelly has worked in the industry for 20 years and joined Stace in 2017. Now, PA to Partners Glyn, Gareth and Stuart Syddell, Kelly also keeps the London Office running smoothly. 

She leads the admin team, supports onboarding for new team members, and manages client and staff events, including corporate hospitality alongside a wide range of other responsibilities that support the smooth running of the business.

Outside the office, Kelly is a keen travel, exercise, music, and gigs enthusiast and loves good food, wine and all things similar that East London has to offer.

At the weekend, you can find her on a run somewhere in London trying to convince herself that she enjoys running!

Mark Brooks

Mark has been with Stace for over 25 years, having started his career as an Assistant Planning Supervisor under the original Construction (Design and Management) regulations. Having progressed through the business, he became a Partner.

As Partner, Mark leads on CDM, health and safety, and building safety across the company. He also serves as a Principal Designer, bringing deep expertise in construction health and safety and regulatory compliance—particularly in relation to the Building Safety Act, where he’s considered the go-to expert within the business.

With decades of experience, Mark has worked across a spectrum of sectors and project types within the construction industry. He has been working with client Knight Dragon for over 10 years, supporting major developments within the Greenwich Peninsula.

Mark enjoys the variety his role offers, especially the opportunity to collaborate with people across all levels of the business. Outside of work, he’s passionate about cricket and spends his time playing and coaching on the weekends.

Nicholas Murphy

Nicholas Murphy

Project Director
Nicholas has been with Stace since 2003, when he joined as a Graduate Building Surveyor. He achieved RICS Chartership in 2012 and transitioned into project management the following year. Over the years, Nicholas has developed deep expertise across large multi-plot developments, infrastructure, residential-led regeneration and mixed-use schemes, as well as industrial and commercial projects. His client portfolio includes British Land, Enfield Council, Wrenbridge, and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
 
In his day to day role, Nicholas provides Project Management services which includes acting as an Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator, overseeing design from inception to completion, stakeholder engagement, internal team and resource management, and bidding for new work.
 
He is passionate about sharing knowledge with junior team members, mentoring, problem-solving, and helping to develop the next generation at Stace.
 
At the weekend, Nicholas enjoys walking his German Shepherd, Finn, attending his son’s football matches—he’s never missed a game—and spending time in Donegal, Ireland.

Nigel started his career at Stace and became chartered in 1999.

Nigel moved to DTZ (now part of Cushman & Wakefield) and worked on data centre projects in mainland Europe.

Moving to the Far East in 2003, Nigel spent close to ten years as a contracts and claims consultant working for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, on large infrastructure projects with long stints in Taiwan (ROC) and Japan. Nigel cites his time in Taiwan as having left a lasting impression having worked on a 350km high-speed rail project - the first time bullet train (Shinkansen) technology was exported outside of Japan.

Returning to the UK, and Stace, as a Project Director in 2012, Nigel enjoyed long term secondments into the Royal Bank of Scotland and Jaguar Land Rover in the Midlands. At JLR, Nigel led on the delivery of its state of the art engine manufacturing centre located in Wolverhampton that won the RICS best national regeneration project in 2014. Nigel was promoted to Partner in 2015.

Today, he’s based in the London Office, dividing his time between commissions in the Project Management division and the Development Monitoring and Due Diligence divisions, working with a varied client base including AIG, Telford Homes, Greystar, and The Portman Estate, and enjoying the variety that this affords him. Nigel has proven specialisms in contracts consultancy, commercial management and development monitoring and advisory.

Associate

Graham brings over 20 years of experience in project management, beginning his career as an apprentice in facilities management.

He joined Stace in 2020, and has since worked extensively with clients in the heritage and cultural sectors, including the Houses of Parliament, V&A Museum, British Museum, the National Trust, and Imperial College.

A Chartered Engineer by background, Graham has played a key role in delivering projects such as the British Museum Energy Centre Programme.

Mick joined Stace in 2022, having worked with the team as a sub-contractor on Tesco projects.
 
Prior to that, Mick had spent 36 years working for Tesco in various management and group roles, including store refit manager and in retail planning. He went on to become installation manager for Stewart Signs, later setting up his own project management company.
 
Since joining Stace, Mick has delivered over 350 Tesco projects, including new spaces, remodels and refits, a legacy he is very proud of.
 
Outside work Mick is a qualified, skilled baker. He’s also very sporty, playing village cricket when he’s not supporting Portsmouth FC.

Nigel has over 20 years of experience in the property and construction industry, beginning his career in a client-side role as a Project Manager for a national DIY retail chain. After several years in that capacity, he transitioned into consultancy, taking on Project Management roles with leading firms.

In 2022, Nigel joined Stace, initially working on Tesco projects across the South West. He has since supported BT Group’s property and estate schemes through the Birmingham office, collaborated with the ASDA team in the Leeds office, and recently contributed to a luxury residential project in Devon with the London office.

Nigel is a Member of the Association for Project Management and approaches each day as an opportunity to learn and grow. At Stace, he has worked with clients including Tesco, ASDA, BT Group, and Hilltop Capital.

Outside of his 9-5, Nigel enjoys family time and exploring the Poole coast and countryside with his dog. Living near a natural heath overlooking Poole Harbour, he often heads out on his mountain bike to make the most of the landscape.

Marc's 40+ year career spans both professional services and project delivery. He has developed extensive expertise in defect investigation, refurbishment, repair and maintenance, and broader construction-related matters.

Marc received his RICS Chartership in 1993, joined Stace in 1997, and became a Partner in the Building Surveying Division in May 2007.

Throughout his career, Marc has worked across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on refurbishment and new build projects. He provides a full range of professional and project services and remains actively involved in managing and delivering work across all sectors. In addition to his client-facing role, Marc oversees the strategic and operational leadership of the Building Surveying division.

Marc takes pride in seeing a job well done and thrives on solving complex challenges with practical, buildable solutions. He is equally passionate about mentoring and supporting the development of his team.

Outside of work, Marc enjoys car restoration, particularly Land Rovers—as well as water sports and boating.

Vipul Raichura

Vipul Raichura

Vipul graduated from South Bank University in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying. He gained experience with several Building Surveying consultancies before joining Stace in 2012.

Vipul has worked with clients, including local authorities, private individuals, and corporate organisations. His role encompasses a wide variety of Building Surveying responsibilities, including acting as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent. He has prepared specifications and tender documentation, and undertaken building surveys, and condition surveys. Vipul has experience in Party Wall matters, neighbourly issues, and dilapidations. He also has a particular interest in historic buildings.

Outside work, Vipul enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, travelling, and listening to music.

Joey joined Stace at just 18 years old and has grown with the business ever since. He began his career as a trainee quantity surveyor, progressed to graduate surveyor, and after successfully achieving his RICS accreditation, became a Chartered Surveyor.

Driven by a passion for delivering projects and collaborating closely with clients, Joey transitioned into Project Management. His commitment and leadership led to his appointment as a Partner within the Project Management division, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-profile retail projects for clients including Tesco, The Co-op Group, and Marks & Spencer.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Joey heads the Leeds office and jointly leads the retail sector group.

In his free time, Joey enjoys spending quality time with his daughters. He’s also an outdoor enthusiast, with a love for skiing, mountain biking, and beach getaways.

Harrison joined Stace in 2021 straight from school as a degree apprentice. He began his studies at Anglia Ruskin University in 2022 and is on track to complete his degree in December 2025. Following graduation, he plans to begin his journey toward chartership.

He enjoys socialising and building his network within the industry, always keen to connect and learn from others.

A dedicated Millwall supporter, weekends are usually reserved for football—you’ll find Harrison down at The Den every Saturday.
