The Perfume Factory is a residential-led, high density development consisting of 376 residential units and commercial space. Amenity areas will be created for residents, some of which are at rooftop level.
The three ‘towers’ (two are linked at ground level) are a mixture of traditional build and modern methods of construction varying from 12 to 25 storeys.
Based in North Acton on the site of the former Elizabeth Arden perfume factory, Telford Homes will deliver c.1,403 sq ft of commercial space alongside the residential space and an L-shaped ‘street’ will run between the towers to provide access and connection with adjoining projects.
The dwellings will be supplied by a dedicated energy centre located in a partial basement under the tallest tower.
Construction work started in 2021 and the project reached Practical Completion in December 2024.
Stace supported Telford Homes and Realstar as Contract Administrator to the Development Funding Agreement for Block B which consisted of 238 BTR apartments, commercial space, and the public realm.
