Following a 16-week refurbishment, Studio Fix, Kensington High Street, is now open. Offering a premium gym and wellness club across three floors, shower and changing facilities, café reception, and back-of-house office space.
The project included a minor strip-out, extensive electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations, alongside drainage modifications. The scope of work also included the construction of new ceilings and partitions, installation of joinery and balustrades, and the addition of new flooring, external signage, and awnings.
Additionally, the installation of unique mechanical louvered blinds gives the facility an aesthetic appeal.
