Northern Gateway Leisure Park Colchester

Leisure destination in Colchester

Northern Gateway Leisure Park  is a new leisure destination created as part of Colchester City Council’s Northern Gatway development. 

With Hollywood Bowl, offering bowling and indoor golf, the site is also home to seven restaurants, two drive-throughs, an activity centre, and 12-screen cinema.

Part of Colchester City Council’s commitment to revitalising the area, creating new jobs and supporting the local economy, the 200,000 sq ft site also has space for 750 cards and a fast EV charging station.

Stace provided Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Health and Safety services for client Turnstone Estates.

The project team also involved CMP Architects, Conisbee, PLACE, Sharps Redmore, Silcock Dawson, Wareing and Partners and Whybrow, with contractor HG Construction.
