Landsec’s Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays set for revamp

Cementing Gunwharf Quay’s position as one of the UK’s top waterfront destinations, the project will see the refurbishment of Marlborough Square, including the repositioning of the customer toilets and Cat B fit-out of the new management suite. This is in addition to the refurbishment of The Avenues, which reached practical completion in January 2025.

The shopping centre will remain in operation throughout the works however disruption will be minimised.

The enhancements will ensure a greener and more sustainable future for Gunwharf Quays and fortify its status as a flagship destination.

Stace is providing Employer’s Agent, and Cost Management services to Landsec.
