Office refurbishment in Cambridge

Formerly known as Shakespeare House, now ‘Generator’, this office building in central Cambridge has undergone a design, refurbishment, and alteration project, reaching practical completion in September 2024.

Now offering contemporary office space across four floors, the appearance of the building has been enhanced with larger, ground-floor windows.

Reaching high standards of sustainability, the refurbishment included the installation of efficient plant equipment, newly refurbished double-glazing throughout, as well as a newly insulated roof.

Stace provided Employer’s Agent, Cost Management, and Health and Safety services for the project which included CAT-A and CAT-B fitouts.
