Crown House Brighton

A sensitive conversion and refurbishment of a former office building into a modern home for residents

Completed in the summer of 2022, ahead of the 2022/23 academic year, this project provided 183 fully fitted-out studio rooms, offering a premium choice for student accommodation.

Residents can enjoy extensive facilities such as a fitness suite, gaming room, dinner party room, private study rooms, and various seating and lounge spaces. Situated in the city centre, and a short walk away from the beach, Crown House’s location is perfect and the floor-to-ceiling glazing offers unencumbered views over the sea.

The project involved the replacement of the existing façade and roof coverings, along with external works and services.

Stace was appointed by Studious Investment Management to provide project management services.
