Stace provided Cost Management and Project Management services for the construction and fit out of Virgin Active Health and Fitness Clubs across the UK and Europe.
Virgin had adopted a generic specification and has previously acquired the Holmes Place business. The completed clubs include lounges, bars, reception areas, aerobic studios, gymnasium, creches, swimming pools, tennis and spas, at locations throughout UK and Europe.
Locations include: Preston, Leeds, Manchester, Acton, Derby, Rayleigh, Sheffield, Islington, Wandsworth, Nottingham, Twickenham, Bologna and Genoa.
The clubs are either new build structures from 35,000 to 55,000 sq ft or construction of clubs within existing buildings.
